Bio:
A Partner, Michael brings over 16 years in the experiential & promotional industries to TEAM as the VP-Planning. Michael really enjoys “pushing people’s buttons.” This stems from his interest in determining what triggers peoples’ reactions and leads them to make their decisions. Michael understands the pressure to perform and to deliver ROI as experienced by today’s clients. Prior to joining TEAM in September of 2006, Michael held the position of Sr. Brand Manager for Miller Lite. His efforts helped lead the brand’s turn-a-round in 2003 through the introduction of Experiential Marketing at Miller Brewing Co. Some of the award-winning campaigns Michael contributed to include: Miller Lite Catfight, the low-carb Amazing Truths, the Taste Challenge, the Good Call Referees and Man Law. Michael began his career in the promotions industry, having spent time at Louis London (Momentum), and Zipatoni. His enjoyment of those years, and his passion for developing programming that influences consumer choice, led him to his executive management role in the agency world, where he leads TEAM’s efforts of linking strategy and consumer insights to develop creative solutions for our clients. Usually referred to as “Shea,” Michael’s a long-time fan of the beach who now resides in Ft. Lauderdale. He can be found reminiscing about his days playing professional beach volleyball, or continuing to fuel his competitiveness and love of sports by playing basketball and pulling for his Alma Mater, the Marquette Warriors, now known as the Golden Eagles.
