Bio:
“There is nothing more important to me than achieving strong personal connections. If we don’t connect, then we can’t communicate. And if we can’t communicate, then we are lost – we have lost the essence of our personality and our humanity.”
Every day, I work hard to connect with our dedicated leadership, our incredible staff, and our very special clients. Each one is unique, each one contributes something special, and the whole is made better because each one is a part.
I have been a media professional my whole career, and there is truly no better time than this moment in our industry. The digitization of communication has opened up a world of connection opportunities between consumers, as well as between consumers and brands. To focus our agency’s work on identifying when consumers are open to receiving messages is, the essence of our practice – total communications management.
I believe strongly in giving back to the community, extending the boundaries of communication to include the New York Ad Club, as Executive Board Member, and annual chair of NY Media Day; AWNY, as a mentor to young professionals and member of the Media Committee; 4A’s, past Chair Consumer Magazine Committee; and guest lecturer for Columbia University Executive Education and various AEF colleges. I’ve been active in the development of various industry research, including MARS and the MRI Reader Involvement Index.
I am proud to have been recognized by our industry and my peers, including AWNY’s Working Mother Award, recognizing my contribution to helping women in our industry excel, at home and at work; and the inaugural AWNY Changing the Game Award , recognizing the courage and commitment it takes to create a new, independent media agency, TargetCast tcm. Along with my agency co-founder, Steve Farella, we have been recognized by MediaPost as Media All Stars, acknowledging the successful fulfillment of our entrepreneurial vision.
