Hans Dorsinville joined Laird + Partners at the company’s inception. Hans oversees creative development on several brands including Donna Karan, DKNY, Sally Hansen cosmetics, Coty Fragrances, Bottega Veneta, Ermenegildo Zegna, Donna Karan for Estee Lauder, and Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group. Hans is also part of the agency’s core new business team. Hans’ extensive experience in fashion and retail provides him with a unique perspective on client problem-solving from new product development, to merchandising, to design and communication. He has brought this experience to bear on behalf of clients both within and outside of fashion. Hans began his career in 1993 at Donna Karan International as Vice President of Advertising under the direction of Trey Laird. Hans was responsible for all advertising development on the Donna Karan Collection brand as well as DKNY and their licensees. He was also instrumental in developing packaging design and other image branding elements, including the designer’s bi-annual publication, Woman to Woman, which most recently launched one of the first luxury Fashion apps. For almost 20 years, Hans has garnered numerous awards and nominations, including a nomination for VH1 Fashion Awards Best Advertising, and three FiFi Awards for Best Fragrance Advertising.
