With more than ten years of industry experience, Sub Nijjar has worked with a vast range of marketers, including global brands such as IBM, Microsoft, IKEA, Unilever, Pfizer, Molson, American Express,and Hewlett-Packard, as well as Canadian clients in industries ranging from consumer packaged goods to not–for-profit. In 2005, Sub was named one of Marketing magazine's Ones To Watch.
As director of Cultural & Business Insight at CP+B Canada, Sub leads some of the industry’s sharpest planners in the consistent delivery of key insights that make the agency’s work focused and effective. His proven ability to be at the forefront of strategic thinking and his depth of digital expertise influence the continued integration of smart digital into the agency’s DNA. Sub previously served as director of Digital Planning at zig, managing planning activities and consultative services in the digital space, and supporting zig’s integrated teams in developing digital strategies that took advantage of technology-based solutions to achieve clients’ goals. He led digital strategy for zig’s clients in both Canada and the United States, including IKEA, Molson Canadian, Pfizer, Axe, and New York Fries. Sub has been with CP+B for five years. Prior to joining the agency, he was a product marketing manager for Microsoft, working on communication services within the MSN Canada team. He began his career at Ogilvy.
