MDC Partners Taps Chief Operating Officer of Omnicom’s Eventive Marketing as Managing Director.
New York, New York, April 11, 2013 – MDC Partners announced today that it has hired Raffi Grigorian, former Chief Operating Officer of Omnicom’s Eventive Marketing, as Managing Director. In this role, Grigorian will be responsible for partnering with MDC’s experiential marketing agencies to support their growth and development. With over 23 years of marketing and agency operations experience, Grigorian brings to MDC broad category expertise, including sports, consumer products, spirits, retail, financial services and partnership marketing.

Most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Eventive Marketing, Grigorian was responsible for oversight of all divisions of the company, including Finance, New Business, Account Management and Creative. Prior to his 12 years at the Omnicom agency, Grigorian was Director of Operations, Event Marketing and Promotions at MarketSource Corporation. A seasoned marketing executive, he has a proven track record of building experiential marketing businesses and managing agency growth through team-oriented leadership and dedication to client service.
