Kristen O’Hara


Kristen O’Hara is a strategic and transformational leader who has driven growth and innovation for global enterprises in an increasingly mobile and data-driven economy. She is a curious, creative and collaborative executive who has led global sales and marketing teams across media and entertainment, technology platforms and agency holding companies. Having joined the MDC Partners Board of Directors in May of 2019, she currently serves on the Human Resources and Compensation Committee as well as the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

O’Hara was most recently VP Business Solutions for Snap Inc. (NASDAQ: SNAP) where she was responsible for domestic revenue operations. Prior to that she was Chief Marketing Officer, SVP Global Media at Time Warner Inc. (NYSE: TWX—now WarnerMedia) where she led strategic growth initiatives across its operating companies—HBO, Turner and Warner Bros.

O’Hara joined Time Warner in 2002 as VP, Corporate Marketing and Sales Strategy at Time Inc. and was later promoted to SVP, Marketing and Managing Director of Time Warner’s integrated sales and marketing division. Prior to Time Warner, O’Hara held leadership positions at WPP’s Young & Rubicam Inc. (NYSE: WPP) driving business development and brand strategy for blue chip advertisers.

O’Hara is a trustee of the Signature Theatre Company in New York and served as an independent director of Iconix Brand Group Inc. (NASDAQ:ICON) and on the board of directors of the Data and Marketing Association (DMA).
