Nate Napier

Managing Director, Key Client Relationships

Nate joined MDC in 2019 as part of a new effort to enhance network cooperation and a scaled collaborative model through a new division for MDC-led, global network accounts. Nate is responsible for building teams and models that harness the collective capabilities across the MDC network to drive growth and innovative solutions for key clients.

Prior to MDC, Nate spent the majority of his career on client side leading integrated brand-building and implementing modern agile marketing strategies for several Fortune 100 organizations including Intuit and Procter & Gamble. While at Intuit, Nate was the Head of Corporate Responsibility and Reputation Brand-building and spearheaded the inaugural social good campaign, developed multi-year strategic plans, and reimagined the role of strategic partnerships.

Before Intuit, Nate began his brand career at Procter & Gamble and worked as a North America Brand Manager, where he worked across retail and shopper marketing to develop winning joint-business partnership plans across P&G’s club and led the Gillette Blades & Razors megabrand commercialization reinvention while developing a new method of agile marketing.

Nate has also worked as a management consultant and worked across a variety of industries including auto, higher education/student affairs, and financial services. Nate is passionate about diversity & inclusion, driving change within organizations, and helping to amplify the voices of diverse talent.
