Paula Daly joined MDC Partners in 2012 as Managing Director, with responsibility for a portfolio of MDC Partners’ advertising agencies that include 72andSunny, CP+B, Colle+McVoy and Redscout. Paula supports MDC’s Perpetual Partnership® model by providing skilled expertise in business management, consultation and planning services. Prior to joining MDC Partners, Paula served as the Chief Financial Officer of Laird + Partners, an MDC Partners agency. While at Laird, she oversaw the Finance, Human Resources, IT, Office Services and Shoot Production departments. Laird + Partners’ clients included The Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan, Tory Burch, DVF, DoubleTree by Hilton, DPSG, and Karl Lagerfeld. Before joining L+P, Paula was the Chief Financial Officer at Eventive Marketing, a privately owned company that focuses on one-to-one consumer marketing with clients like Kellogg, Dannon, and Blackberry RIM. In 2005, Paula was brought in to take the company through a buyout with the Omnicom Group as well as organize all facets of finance and operations. At the agency, she was responsible for all of the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting as part of a public company. Between 1997 and 2002, Paula began as a Financial Analyst and eventually assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Siegel & Gale. While at Siegel & Gale, she assisted with the demerger between Cordiant and Saatchi and Saatchi, and the company’s leverage buyout, as well as a later potential sale.
