Stephanie Nerlich joined MDC Partners in 2016 and currently serves as EVP, Partner Development & Talent to support strategy and growth across MDC’s partner agencies. Prior to joining MDC Partners, Stephanie was President and CEO of Grey Canada for five years, where she led a national network of agencies, expanded Grey Canada’s digital capabilities and drove significant new business growth, including winning Post Foods USA, HSBC North America, Procter & Gamble, Brown Forman, ATCO and Volvo. During her tenure, the agency significantly elevated its creative focus, resulting in 14 Cannes Lions and recognitions at D&AD, The One Show, The Effies, The Cassies and ADCC, where Grey Canada was named “Agency of the Year” twice in three years. She also launched GREY4GOOD, the agency’s social impact specialty. Prior to joining Grey, Stephanie was President and CEO of Lowe Roche in Toronto, where she oversaw all operational and financial duties and led a portfolio of premium brands including Audi, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle Purina and Unilever. Previously, she spent more than a decade at BBDO Canada, rising to the position of Senior Vice President, Executive Managing Director and contributing to the success of leading marketers such as GE, FedEx, Frito-Lay, Mars Inc., PepsiCo and Wrigley. Stephanie launched her career at Fidelity Investments and has held positions at JWT and The Wolf Group.
